AFL has released pre-terminated Copper Cabling Assemblies that provide a factory tested copper cabling solution, for Category 6_A shielded and Category 6 unshielded solutions.

AFL offers the flexibility of having one or both ends terminated for use in cross connects, or consolidated points.

Pre-terminated cables significantly reduce time and costs associated with on-site cable terminations.

They are an ideal solution when narrow installation time frames are applicable or on-site termination environment is hazardous or can pose OH&S issues. Our pre-terminated cables are also configured specifically to meet customers’ requirements.

“Our pre-terminated cable systems allow switch upgrades to be completed with ease and in a timely manner, also changes can be handled by onsite staff,” says AFL copper product manager Glen Johnston.
